The Kingdom of eSwatini Expresses its Gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the Medical Aid

 

Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Eswatini, Ambrose Mandvulo Dlamini, expressed on Thursday, 18th of June 2020, on behalf of HM king Mswati III, the gratitude of the entire country to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the Moroccan medical aid granted to Eswatini to accompany the country’s national and endeavors efforts in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic.


"Allow me to express, on behalf of HM King Mswati III, HM the Queen Mother and the entire nation of Eswatini, our gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI and the people of the great Kingdom of Morocco for the aid that we are receiving today," said Dlamini stressing that this aid is "a strong gesture of African solidarity".


The aid is timely as the Kingdom of Eswatini steps up efforts to fight against the Coronavirus pandemic, he pointed out, while underlining the importance of the Moroccan aid. This aid shows the excellent relations which link the two Kingdoms, he said.


"This is a great opportunity for all of us to commend the long-standing Leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI in the African continent and beyond", he stressed.


The ceremony of receiving the Moroccan aid took place in the presence of the Prime Minister of Eswatini, Ambrose Mandvulo Dlamini, Foreign Minister Thuli Dladla, DG Redouane Houssaini, several senior officials as well as representatives of civil society associations.
